A suspect in vehicle break-in's in South Fargo was caught after one of victim spotted him wearing his stolen coat. 28-year old Ryan Osborne of Fargo is facing several charges. Police say a man discovered his car had been entered and clothing was missing when it was in the parking lot of a bar. The man went inside to report it. When he walked out, he spotted Osborne in his jacket and confronted him. Osborne pulled a knife and fled on foot. Police collared him several blocks away. Osborne is suspected of breaking into several cars in the same area around "borrowed bucks roadhouse." He's charged with unlawful vehicle entry and disorderly conduct. Osborne was also wanted an outstanding drug warrant from Burleigh County.
