The Weather Service says a system will remain over the central
and northern plains through Thursday, drawing moisture from the
gulf of mexico as far north as the Dakotas.
Forecasters expect rain over central and western North Dakota to
eventually change to snow. they say roads could be icy in coming
days due to freezing rain and snow.
